10 Cane rum is created using a small batch distillation in French pot stills and the rum is aged in French oak barrels. These barrels mellow the cane flavor and give 10 Cane its extraordinarily smooth taste. 10 Cane uses the best distillation equipment on the market. Utilizing technology, 10 Cane fine tune the temeperature of the rum while it ferments.
