Mead

Most people never encounter a good mead, but the community I interact with on a regular basis, makes their own all the time. It is great with cheeses, but choosing one that isn't so sweet that you can't have more than half a glass, is difficult.

Have you encountered a worthy Mead lately?

I love mead and find it a very pleasant after dessert drink to have I love the blackberry one and find the honey ones far too sweet.
