Years ago I was engaged to an executive chef, which meant I got to sample all sorts of things. The one beverage that I will never forget is a beer that was supposed to appeal to the female palate. Anyone could tell that guys thought this up, without the input from women as the beer was formulated to taste like bubble gum. It was horrible! What is the strangest brew that you have ever tasted? |

I'd agree it has a really strange flavor or different rather it's not going to be placing in the top 10 for our beer of the month club

for sure, made out of Mississippi River mud water. Even ice cold it still sucks.

Joined a beer club in Cali years ago. We got a world map and then had to drink all beer from around the world and then paste the cap on the map. When map was full we got the t-shirt. Worst beers came from Africa and other 3rd world Countries, iirc.

I can't remember the name of it, but I purchased a can of beer in NYC because I had never heard of the name before. Big mistake. It really was awful!

Lambic, a beer of Belgium, is naturally fermented using wild yeasts, rather than cultivated. It is the strangest beer I had ever tasted.
